Automatic Filter Valves

The valve body is made of ABS plastic reinforced with 10% glass fiber, ensuring it is high impact resistant, heat resistant, and flame retardant. The valve core is made of a wear and corrosion resistant ceramic with a long service life.

FEATURES:

• Easy to install
  The valve comes with a support, making it easy to be installed.
• No outage worries
  Data settings will be preserved in the event of a power outage and will continue when power supply returns back to normal. Users only need to reset the time.
• Buttons lock
  If there is no operation within one minute, the buttons will automatically lock, preventing unintended operation.
• Signal output
  The main control board features a signal output connector to control external wiring.
• Interlock function
  Due to the interlock functions, only one valve will stay in the rinsing or regeneration status while the others are operating. There are several valves in a full system.
• Remote control available
  The external signal is received by a connector, and through the use of PLC or computer, the filter valve is remotely controlled.
• Pressure relief output
  When the automatic filter valve switches the flows, the pressure between water feeding and control valve will be relieved to guarantee smooth operation of booster pump and control valve.
• All parameters can be adjusted based on your needs.
  The parameters can be modified during process operation according to water quality and usage.
